Help shape Devon Partnership NHS Trust’s new 2026–2030 strategy

Devon Partnership NHS Trust, the provider of mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services in Devon is co-producing it’s new Trust Strategy for 2026–2030 and wants to hear from you.

Dr Sonja Manton, Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Devon Partnership NHS Trust, said: “We’ve taken time to reflect on what’s worked well with our current strategy, where we can do better, and the challenges ahead — guided by the experiences and feedback of our staff, partners, and communities.

“We know that demand for mental health and learning disability services continues to grow. People are presenting with more complex needs, resources are stretched, and recruitment remains a challenge. Across the NHS, many are feeling the effects of ongoing change.

“Our new strategy must be ambitious, grounded in reality, and shaped by the voices of those who use and deliver our services. It will align with the Government’s new 10-Year Health Plan for England, as well as local NHS and council reforms. This is your opportunity to help shape our future direction.”

You can share your views on the online survey which will close on Friday, 10 October.
